Trying to send myself txt msg's.. In portal settings I see a variable 'water leak flag' but in setting this:
Email notification if>
Water Leak Flag = 1

I receive no email if I trip the leak detector.. Thoughts?

The controller only sends updates to the sever every 5 minutes.
Did you wait that long before you cleared the leak flag?

There seems to be a 1 hour delay on e-mails. I've noticed this before too.

OK, delay seem to only be the first email after the rule has been set up.

Make new rule, delay on first e-mail, then works as intended.

Hmmm.. You mean it takes 5 minutes of it being on before it registers with the portal? I guess I an turn the sensitivity up to trigger it and leave it.

Ya, it sends alerts for other parameters as soon as they happen.

Does it show water leak in the alerts page in your controller?
The water leak has to be on for about 3 seconds for the controller to generate the alert and avoid false readings.

I have an issue with ATO timeout... I run a waterlevel ato at 8pm if the level is below a certain point. For some reason that I have yet to figure out it times out after 2 minutes... no idea why. I've got nothing in my code that would cause that and my timeout is properly set at 1 hour. What's interesting is that even though my timeout goes off consistently at 8:02pm I don't get the alert that it's timed out until 9:00pm. Anyway, I thought it was relevant here as someone said they were getting the alerts after an hour. I've given up on debugging and have added an ClearATO at 8:02-8:03pm. It worked well the other night

Are you using memory or hard coded?
Also, are you using the multi or single channel?

Multi channel, but I'm pretty sure I had premature ato timeouts when i was using the singleato. I'm using memory but I'm pretty sure Im passing most arguments in as if it were hard coded because I'm spoofing my low level. (Memory has 20%-80%, but I'm calling it as 79-80%)

Yes, there's a spot in the alerts page on the main display unit.

I know there is a page for the alerts, but is the water leak in there?
Also, in the page where you have the ATO, it should also show the status of the leak detector expansion.
Did you add the code to enable it?

On the alerts page, does it signal the leak is active? (change color or such?) Apologies I have it unplugged atm for rearranging..
For the code to enable it, I used the wizard and selected the checkbox, where do I verify it's enabled?
