Test for a toasted dimming module?

So I've been trying to get my Jebao pumps working with the dimming module and sorta-kinda had them working yesterday. Today, they're not working.

I had typically just used my multimeter on the terminals to read voltage when troubleshooting, but I'm getting nothing this morning, and am afraid I may have toasted my module.

Is there a good way to double-check the module and see if it is still viable other than the power LED? According to the unit, all channels should be at 40% but the terminals aren't reading anything.

Using the multimeter is a good way.

Yep, it was toasted. Wish I knew how or why, because I literally just swapped the old out for the new without changing the code or wiring and everything's working peachy. Thanks for expediting the shipping of the new one.
