Service Dash crashing when trying to unselect WIFI

I'm trying to disable wifi to process data through the USB cable. When I uncheck the WIFI option I get the following message:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

I've experienced this issue on 2 laptops, one running windows xp, the other vista. I've tried the following without any success:
1) Running as admin via the application in my install directory (no shortcuts) then trying to disable wifi
2) Disabling the Listener and Logging service then trying to disable wifi
3) Rebooting then trying to disable wifi

Everything else seems to work fine. I can stop/start services, save the config, and select autostart options via the Service Dash without any issues. Just happened to stumble across this while attempting to test my new RA+ board config via the USB cable.

Try connecting the cable into a usb port before you stop it.

No luck, also tried disabling all RA services then plugging cable in as well.

I'm pretty sure the problem is that it is not finding any COM ports and throwing that error.
If you have the cable plugged in before you start the dash board, it would be fine.
I think the Client just assumes your cable will always be plugged in.
