wizard + client suite 3 lighting problem

I recently updated everything on my reefangel and used the wizard to create all of my code. I used the the " internal memory" setting. I am trying to use client suite 3 to change the PWM on my lights. When I change the % and click ok it changes is for about 5 seconds on the application itself and then reverts back to the old setting and the lighting never actually changes. Ideas?

You must override on one of the ports you have assigned as lights on.

As in override to keep the port on all the time? Also, what is the APWM% and DPWM% in the memory section of the client suite controlling? The numbers in there don't correlate to anything I have set.

Yes, if you override the port on, the pwm channels will be overridden too, but will return to your regular values when you remove the override.
I don't think the client can set parabola or slope settings.
