Post by nbelohlav »

is there anyway that one could monitor on a graph chart while using the reef angel client when an outlet is on and for the length of time it is on kinda like we can monitor the ph and temp?

i know that it is there... i was wondering if it could be an option on the reef angel client... kinda like how you can select what temps you want to show up and which ones you dont and the ones that you have to show up have a graph that shows the rise and drop in temp... same idea except for you can choose the outlet you want to do that...

Yes it makes sense...but its not a good way..polling by client or portal may not pick up the time dosing pumps are on...

Theres a whole thread where i implemented this type of logging. This way the controller does the logging..

http://forum.reefangel.com/viewtopic.php?p=26140#p26140

I've also implemented in my code the same logging but i do it based on volume and set my dosing pumps by volume as well as having a calibration function... Some of the initial code is in that thread but you can look at my INO for my final code.

Anyway the thread above has what was written and is working well for kirkwood.

Take a look and let me know if any questions. I can help you implement in this thread..
