Relay Expansion module
If you add another relay box with the expansion module can I utilize the two dimming ports on the box?

Re: Relay Expansion module
Good question...I'm curious too
Re: Relay Expansion module
Negative.
Both the expansion port and dimming port don't function when the relay box is used as expansion box.

Re: Relay Expansion module
Hi Roberto,
Just received my relay expansion box. I have a question, I plug the communication cable from the new relay box to the module. What do I use to connect the module to the main relay box? Is the cable supposed to be included? I haven't opened the Reef Angel head unit yet but are the jumpers already inside?
Thanks for the speedy shipping BTW

Re: Relay Expansion module
Did I screw up on the package?
There was supposed to be a SVGA cable just like the one you use to connect the head unit to the main relay box.
If there isn't one inside the box, send me a PM with your shipping address.

There is an SVGA cable which I would use to connect the new relay box to the module but how do you then connect the relay module??

Re: Relay Expansion module
The only two cables I received were the power cord and the SVGA cable. I assume the jumpers are in the head unit?
Re: Relay Expansion module
It was supposed to be a SVGA cable and a USB cable.
The SVGA connects between the Relay box and the module.
The USB cable connects the module to the expansion port of the main relay box.
Did you not receive the USB cable?

Re: Relay Expansion module
Yes, jumpers are supposed to be inside the head unit, already in place, except they are offset.

Re: Relay Expansion module
No there was no USB cable in the box, just the power cord for the relay box and the SVGA cable.
Re: Relay Expansion module
The USB cable would've been in the same plastic bag as the module itself.
Can you double check?
If you still can't find, PM me and I can send you one.

Roberto, I checked and yes the cable was in the bag with the module. I never noticed it, I was expecting a long cable for some reason. Thanks
