Question about international shipping

Post by mliew »

Hi Rimai,

First of all I think it's seriously cool that you have provided an open source reef controller to all the techno reef keeping fanbois out there! :D Can't wait to set up my new nano reef with the controller and using my iPhone to control my tank.

I was wondering If you have any Reef Angel Plus Controller in stock and how long will it take to ship to Melbourne, Australia. What shipping company do you use?

Is the system compatible with Australian power voltage? Srry complete noob to electronics here but I would love to have a go.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Cheers,

mliew

Yes, I got it all in stock and all RA equipment is ready to be used worldwide.
Shipping is through USPS and usually take about 2 weeks.

Hi guys,

I was wondering what is the difference between
0-10V PWM Signal?
0-10V Analog Signal?

is one better than the other? I am researching on building my own LED lights either from www.aquastyleonline.com or rapidled.com

Does anyone have any experience using Reef Angel with DIY LED setups from either of these retailers?

Cheers,

I use RapidLED set ups. Meanwell Ds use Analog signal (I prefer analog)...Meanwell Ps use PWM. My RA works perfectly with the Rapid LED kit. I start my drivers at 5% in the morning because they don't really go all the way down to 0 for dimming. But with the correct code you can make it look seamless.
Out for now...but not over.
