Windows desktop gadget?

Any idea why I can not seem to get the windows desktop gadget to work? I can view everything over internet and on my Iphone, just cannot get any data to show up on desktop gadget. I am running Win 7 Ultimate and have set everything in gadget just like everything else and still nothing. Any ideas?

i typed "xxx.xx.xxx.xxx:2000" on my portal, should be right?

Yes, just make sure to enter the wifi ip address and it should work.

i dont know why it's not connected.
i have two ip address from work and home
they are different
portal ip address is on website ip 75.84.xxx.xxx
and home ip address is 192.168.x.x
i tried both to connect but nothing works
any idea?

So on the settings you enter http://192.168.x.x:2000
