USB-TTL Converter Cable Driver not Installing

My setup is getting stuck installing this driver.
Keeps trying to install then goes to Windows security verification.
I keep selecting install this driver anyways, it looks like it's trying, then brings me back to
Windows security

Windows 7 professional

Try just cancelling and install the drivers manually.
