wifi sends, but will not receive

I apologize if this has been discussed before, I didn't find that thread.

This controller has been setup for about 2 months. It worked great for the first month. I then went off for my 5 weeks away from my tank (luckily only 3 hours north) and it stopped working after about 3 days. Well, it managed to half come back and it's been in this state ever since. The data is pushed by the controller, but it won't receive.

So when I look at my portal, I see that it's getting updates every 3-5 minutes and the light on the wifi module looks correct (green with long pauses), but it says "Connection Status: Unreachable Address" which means I can't update any settings from the portal or android app.

Any help or insight is greatly appreciated.

Is your home ip address the same as whats listed on the Portal? Some times your internet provider changes your address causing issues?

Or your wifi attchment changed ip address.
Double check your port forwarding.

thanks for the inputs. It as that my wifi attachment changed ip addresses and so my port forwarding wasn't matched up. I'll have to reassign it to a static address... oy!
