How to install img for update wifi

I download the img to update my wifi, now how do i update it??

You need to connect though tera term and use command:

ftp u wifly-232.img

I think the file i have is 236, were do i have to save the file for tera to load it??

You don't need to download it.
The command downloads it automatically for you.
There is no way to upload any file to the module.
