What IP address do I need for the portial and iPhone app?

You need your external IP. whatsmyip.org is a good place to find it.

I used whatsmyip.org. It confirmed I have the correct ip address, but still does not work. I can see the settings when entering xxx.xxx.x.xxx:2000/wifi. Outside my LAN I can't connect.

Do you have port forwarding turned on in your router?

Yup, you need to setup port forwarding. If you did it might not be working.

Use this site to check. canyouseeme.org (change the port to 2000)

I used site. It says "Can not see your service on port 2000." So, I didn't set up the port forwarding correct.
