Make sure you use memory location 276 - ATOExtendedTimeout
All functions are using this location and the others were deprecated starting on library 1.0.0

I'm assuming you are using latest 1.0.1 libraries, right?
What values do you get when you use RA Status to read memory location 276?

You can't use memory settings if you hardcode your settings.

Just curious was your ATO working before? Has it ever worked?

Yeah, but if you are using hard coded settings, it will ignore any memory setting.
