RAGen ports

Do the RAGen ports correspond to the sockets that are numbered in the ReefAngel Manual? I uploaded code from RAGen for the wavemaker to go on and off for 45 seconds each... wavemaker 1 and 2 are plugged into sockets 5 and 6, and socket 6 stays on always and socket 5 never comes on....In fact, since I uploaded this from RAGen, I can not hear the relays clicking on and off at all, like I could when I ran the wavemakers in the demo software...
