JEBO WP-40 - buggy

Post by Smotz »

Having lots of problems with the JEBO WP-40 with the reef angel controller & cable.

Tried pretty much all the posted wave patterns and some custom ones.

It seems it would work 'sometimes'.

Even when I set it to run at 100% or at any set speed with no fancy wave pattern it seems to flicker on and off.
Sometimes it would work - others, not.

Buggy. It'll flicker on but then stop after a second.

Works fine with the default WP-40 hardware and cables.

I've since modified it. But, if it helps anyone else - I've noticed that my wp-40 doesn't like to be set to 0% at any point. I've had problems setting it to anything under 35%. Seems that it has a hard time recovering.

Now i am running a vanilla Long Pulse Mode switching from 40% to 70% for 8 seconds each. Seems stable.
