No graphs on iPhone and portal
No graphs on iPhone and portal
Hey guys I'm having a issue with seeing the graphs on my iPhone and portal. I could see current temp, ph and relays that are on. I just used the wizard to generate my codes
Re: No graphs on iPhone and portal
Do you mean you're accessing the portal from your iPhone browser?

No iPhone app and through a pc
Re: No graphs on iPhone and portal
From my experience it means your RA is not sending data to the portal. When you view the portal or iphone app and you see the live data it is because your connecting to the RA. But if the graphs aren't getting data it's because somehow your RA is not forwarding. Can you post your code. I've seen this happen if the portal timer is used for other things.
Also can you confirm your iphone app and portal are seeing info when you log in?

Re: No graphs on iPhone and portal
If you set a portal key, you need to change your code or disable the key in the portal.
Roberto.
Re: No graphs on iPhone and portal
Do you mean the password key? If so it is disable
