Wifi Install help

I went through the Wifi install without any problems. After the install it said that port forwarding had been completed.

My portal and droid app aren't recognizing the ip address that I'm entering.

What did I miss?

Did you check to make sure port 2000 is open ?

Also what ip are you entering? If you enter the one the wifi utility gives you that wont work on the portal...
