Does adding a relay expansion module and relay box give you 2 additional PWM ports?

Nope, but if they are different you can swap with your main relay box.

Not sure what you mean, but technically its not possible as the expansion bus is only 4 wires and no way to talk to the pwm ports and control the relays on that bus.

It's been brought up before, but as lnevo said it a hardware limitation although it would be nice to have use of the additional PWM ports. the system is always changing and updating so who knows what the future entails.
