Wifi attachment not working

I setup the wifi attachment today, and it worked for about 8 hours. Now it seems totally dead. None of the lights are lit when its connected to either the controller or a pc. The wifi setup software doesn't detect it when it's connected to a pc. Can anything be done to fix it or will I need a new one?

Nope. None are lit up.

When I got home from work this morning, I gave it another try. I plugged it into a pc and the green light came on. I set it up and plugged it back into the controller. It worked fine for about ten minutes. After that it went dead again. Won't respond to either the controller or when connected to a pc. None of the lights are on. Not even the green one.
