RA issues

I have a standard RA i bought in May. I am having a few issues.

First my screen seems to freeze and black out.

When I have a power outage my analog dimming ports get reversed. Whites go brighter then blues. It fixes when I unplug it and reset.

Is there a way to reset without unplugging? Like from the app?

Does RA keep working while the screen is black?
Can you check which gen screen you have?
