I would like to set the levels from the Portal using
WaterLevelATO function
how to I code that to work?
Also how do i get the level to show on the portal as well?

Level should show automatically once its in your code

just figure it out on my own.
ReefAngel.WaterLevelATO(Port8,60,70,75); // 60 seconds timeout, turn on at 70% and turn off at 75%
vs
ReefAngel.WaterLevelATO(Port8 );
Looks like Just needed to get the portal some time to update and show the water level as well
