Programming cable

One wire has come loose on my cable, and im looking to either get a new plug for it if the local electronics store has it, or find a new cable. Ebay shows usb to serial cables for arduino. They are called RS232 cables. Is this the correct part?
This is the one I am looking at.

It takes two weeks to get stuff from roberto. This cable should be quicker postage.

Roberto, should that cable work? I have a new plug which should be ok to programme the wifi module, but it wont fit in the controller slot, so I need a new cable to programme the controller.

You probably need to switch some of the wires around. Look at the schematic to make sure CTS, TX, RX, VCC, and GND are in the correct place.

Are you able to upload codes with this cable?
Is the driver installed correctly?
