Brand new RA not working

I tried doing my initial program and the Status light will not stop blinking, the scree it totally black and will not turn on even after power on off. Please help

Did you try restore the preloaded code or any of the example codes?

yes I have.

Were you able to upload the code?

No it just stays blinking. then it says error uploading. Tried uninstalling RA then reinstalling and got nothing. Head unit still blinking non stop.

Was it blinking like that when you took out of the box?

I set it up on my computer then try to write 1st code and would not stop blinking.

Did this when you initially turned on or when you tried uploading the code?
I think you may need to send it back for me to look at it.
It is not normal behavior.

right when I tried to upload the 1st programming from RA wizard to get the relays set.
