IO Module power adapter?

So the power adapter on my IO Module died today... the little red light went out. I opened it up and one of the capacitors was visibly damaged. I'd like to buy a new one, but don't know the diameter and polarity of what I need.

I did Google the serial number on mine, and came back with this story: http://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases ... 19031.html - so hopefully nobody else has this issue

Unfortunately, Monoprice no longer appears to sell it, so I can't get the diameter of the little barrel.

That's the reason they stopped selling those...
Any 12vdc power supply would work.

I didn't, but I have Amazon Prime for a reason

I'll let you know how this one works, because you may have to alter your supply chain if Monoprice doesn't get one back!
