ORP Probe stop working

Hi,
I have a reefangel plus, I started measuring the PH and the ORP, but the ORP stopped working.
I have tried to disconnect and connect the probe connector and to disconnect and reconnect the orp power, but without results.

Have anyone an idea?

When you do into calibration mode, what numbers do you get?

In calibration mode the value is 0 mv

Is the LED on the module turned on?
Do you have any other usb cable to try?

The Led is on and i have tried another USB cable, but always 0 mv in calibration mode.
I tried also to disconnect and reconnect again all the connectors.
