One of my 2 Kessil A350w just died. So I am looking at 2 new A360WE models.
Can this light be controlled turned completely off from the dimming module?, or will I still need to turn on/off a relay box output?

Slightly off topic but is your light still under warranty? I just had one of my A350s go out and they replaced it with a A360. I'm hoping the other one goes out before the warranty expires 
Unfortunately I can't answer your question. I just hooked up the A360 and have not had a chance to play around with the dimming on it. If you dial it all the way down you still get light out of it but that would be different than sending zero volts to the dimming channel though.
