Dosing pump died...tips to try to fix it???

I've bought 3 dosing pumps from RA now and the last one I bought (so its the newest one I have) just completely died.

Any tips to try to fix it?

Did you try a different power supply?
Does the motor spin without the pump head?

It seems completely dead.

I'll try a different power supply tonight.

Does the pump head just pull off or what?

Tore it apart and it was gummed up with something black inside. Cleaned it all up and works again now.
