Help with Wifi adapter

Hopefully someone can tell me what is going on with my Wifi adapter. I am trying to reprogram it, but I keep getting an error on the wifi tool "Error. Please disconnect and then reconnect the reef angel wifi adapter from the USB"

I have tried multiple PC's with different OS's. Still cant get it to work. The message comes up After I enter my wifi settings.

It was working in he past.

Thanks. Hope someone can help before I totally lose it and chuck this thing through a window.

Now I am getting a different error. Please see below. pulling 0.0.0.0 address. GRRRRRRR

Sometimes the router takes too long to assign an ip and reports 0.0.0.0
Check your router for connected devices.
If the attachment is blinking green and no blue, it is connected

Thanks. I can see it in the list of devices on the router. It is now blinking green (no blue).

Spoke too soon. Back to blinking Green and Blue.

Is it a new router or the same one you had been connecting before?
