Did the internal web portal change? WiFi

Did the "wifi" internal web server change recently?

I've not used it in a while and I seem to recall someone saying it was a bit flaky and suggested using RA's portal instead. I tried to connect this morning to the internal one and see a completely different look and nothing is working. I did a quick search but not seeing anything. Or, is the internal portal still not to be used?

Also, assuming it is possible but can we set it to use a static IP rather than DHCP?
