port 8 on relay not working

So, I took my RA off line for a few hours when I upgraded my tank. Hooked everything back up and now port 8 doesn't supply any power. Doesn't make the clicking noise when turning it on or off.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Same here with new relay box same port

Check the communications cable. Make sure it's connected well. Could also be a bad cable or a bad relay in the box.

I'll check the cable again when I get home, but how do I check a bad relay in the box in case its not the cable?

Maybe swap it out? I think they just plug in.

any idea the part? and is it as simple as opening up the relay box and popping it out and putting one back in?

IIRC, it is. Open up the box and look.
