Trouble Uploading

So I upgraded tanks, and I went to upload new code to include a dimming module for my lighting. However, I am unable to upload code to my RA. Ive had it for a while and have uploaded code over a dozen times. I did have to buy a new USB to TTL cable because my cat chewed my last one. I get an Error Uploading message, that says connection timed out. I was able to program the Wifi module with this cable. Any ideas?

I should add I got the cable off amazon for shipping speed because I cant run my lights without the dimming module because I bought fans that need to be controlled. It appears to be the same cable.

Check if you have the correct board selected on Tools-Boards

I checked that. I also reinstalled the cable driver. I ordered another cable from the RA website but I don't have much faith in that

Does the controller reboot a few seconds after you hit upload?
