iphone app issues

my app is no longer working as it should. I am not sure if it is the app or the wifi module. the area it should say my forum user name it is now blank. As well I can not see any charts, either ph or temp, and my relay labels are gone with no wording where they should be. On the portal I can not see any relay activity or ph/temp charts.

I just checked and accessing the public ip/wifi via internet explorer and it as well does not say my forum user name

Still having issues. I can see current relay settings and ph and temp but graphs says "Alert-No data to display"

Did you try this? Lots of people were having issues around Christmas.

I'm having the same issue as slm222. Charting and Relay activity are not working on the iPhone app and the web portal. I'm also not receiving email alerts. I can see current data in the Dashboard. All have been working for at least a year. I haven't made any code changes or updated the WiFi firmware. Any advice?
