Controllable Dosing Pump?

Post by paperdesk »

What dosing pumps are you all using?

I'm interested in the Reef Angel pump, but it appears to be out of stock. I hear good things about the BRS 1.1.

Amazon and Ebay have lots of super cheap options, but I don't suppose they are very consistent or good quality.

I'd like something that can be controlled by the RA, not a stand alone unit.

I use the BRS 1.1. They are workhorses. I highly recommend.

Thanks for the reply, glad to hear another positive review for the 1.1.

i have the reefangel ones. if you can't get them, I'd go with the brs ones.
almost all the pumps could be controlled by the reefangel as long as they are controlled by power going to them.
make sure you understand the flow per second rate of the pumps when determining how long to run them.

Thanks Curt,

Maybe Roberto will see this and post when the RA ones will be available!
