Relay expansion problem

I'm getting bus locks on my relay expansion and wonder if I can repair it in some way and how?

Try moving power cables away from any of the expansion bus cables.

When i shut of the relay box bus lock dissapear. Have take it apart to check if there was any dirt on usb but i could not see anything strange.

Has now pulled out all the cables one by one. Last I did where to turn off the relay box and then the bus lock disappeared. Must be the one who is broken then? Is it just throwing and buying new or is it possible to fix it?
