I think we may have found out what happened.
If you unplug the usb cable from the relay box to the controller and power cycle the relay box, what color is your logo?

That's not it then.
The bus lock may be coming from somewhere else.
Are you sure you don't have the bus cables routed through noisy equipment, such as ballasts, drivers or AC lines?

It goes straight up into head unit. Only wire is close to it is network cable going in beside it

Do you have any other expansion module other than the relay box?

When the bus lock happens, can you still use the touch screen?
How often does it happen? I can't see a bus lock in your log.
How do you know when a bus lock occurs? Do you have an email alert setup or the buzzer goes on?

Something is going on last night I could hear my ato pump running dry and when I checked I couldn't get the screen to come on and had to unplug it and plug back in to get the pump to stop and get screen to be respond again

Was the controller connected to internet before that?
I can only see logs from about 11:20pm your time yesterday. Nothing prior to that.

It has been... Sometimes it comes out and back in on its own

Do you have any other expansion module, even not connected?
I wanted to see if you could try a different USB cable. A shorter one to see if we can minimize the interference.

The replacement head unit has been running a couple days now and so far working great. No buslocks or network issues at all.
