Let me preface by saying that I may in fact be too dumb to own this equipment.
i have a green slow blinking light on the wifi module. when i try to connect to it through any browser i get connection timeout errors every time. WiFi config showed DHCP as False, and port 2000 being forwarded to 0.0.0.0
I dont understand where to go from here. please help.

Re: WiFi troubles
I just contacted my ISP and I'm told they don't offer static IP for residential customers. is there a way around this issue as well? perhaps a free dynamic DNS takes care of these issues?

Re: WiFi troubles
I would recommend using the new could wifi attachment, which doesn't require any port forwarding and it will keep the connection always alive and stream data to the cloud server.
If that is not an option for you, please run the tera term macro and post the log.

Re: WiFi troubles
After you get the wifi working and do what Roberto suggested, here's info for you regarding a free dynamic dns option.Industry wrote:I just contacted my ISP and I'm told they don't offer static IP for residential customers. is there a way around this issue as well? perhaps a free dynamic DNS takes care of these issues?
