Load code while all stuff is connected

Can i take my laptop over to the RA and reload code while all my float switches, LED drivers, powerheads, etc are connected or do I need to unplug everything?

sweet, that was quick. Btw I was showing it off at the office today and it left some good impressions. Trying to get them hooked, least I can do for all you helped me out
