I'm not so sure where the 10. came from if your network is setup to 192.

192 series is the IP assigned to devices where as 10 series IP are Dynamic IP provided by ISP

Finally somehow able to forward the port. Portal & client is working fine.

prob has started again but this time i am able to use client suite but data on portal is not updating.

Did your ip address assigned to you by your isp change?
If it changes, you will need ddns

Yep it changes. It's a dynamic IP. The prob looks like to be solved for now. Will see for ddns if its continue.

Thanks for sharing.
I liked this application a lot, except for the part I had to find which router model I had... lol...
But it was very easy to get it to setup my router.
