Did you check if you have the correct board selected under menu Tools->Board and also the correct COM port under menu Tools->Serial Port?

Got it working, didn't know I had to upload the memory file.

This is exactly what I have been getting for the last few hours I have tried to reinstall the software,double checking com port and board, reverting back to default coding ETC.. all I get is the red code at the bottom similar to this all I .. this is my first time trying to use it and have been combing the forum to find a fix without posting but I am at witts end LOL.. Not sure whats going on but the pin is def in the right area and the wizard code verifies and the screen blinks on reboot I will keep trying and hoping I figure it out.

Here is the screen shot. please tell me what the issue is thanks.. I know im new but ive been trying everything I can find to fix this issue and get my RA online unsuccessfully..

Dang I don't know why that IS sooo big. should I be doing it as a jpeg instead? I can change it if needed..sorry

Yes I have the plus. I made sure it was checked in the box along with the right com port.
