I am very upset that for the cost of this unit I am not able to speak with someone directly. I would like a phone number of tech support!! This system is very difficult to establish. I have not found one person who said this was easy. Please help!!!!

What exactly are you having trouble with? A basic setup is very easy. Plug everything in, fire up RAGen on your pc, select your options you want and upload.

Patience, young Jedi...post your questions, you will get almost immediate answers...the ReefAngel is much more "libertarian" than a company that might have tech support 800 numbers...You have your tech support on the forums...Roberto is more than willing to go above and beyond the call to help you, he has always come thru for me..., so have Curt and John (wolfador)

the learning curve is a little steep, but power thru this painful beginning part and you will get alot out of this controller, and the experience of working on the forums is a part of the fun!!

How can one get mad? It's an open source project at the end of the day.

I felt the exact same way and then calmed down and read. It's a lot easier than it looks to get a basic system running and then add in what you need.
