I am following the directions in this topic

and I downloaded the new installer, used the converter for my old memory locations and now I am trying to load the initial internal memory as Roberto said to do in the thread, but I keep getting an "out of sync" message. I rebooted the computer, tried several times, and am still using COM 4, the same COM I have always used....What am I doing wrong???

Did you make sure you have the correct board on Tools->Boards?
