LED Dimming

I am having a problem getting my led's to dim. I set the controller to start at 0% then ramp up to 100% then back down again at night. I can get them to 100% no problem. I cant seem to get them to completely dim or go off. They dim to maybe 25% and stay there.

Figured it out. Seems the drivers will only dim down to 20%. Shot my whole sunrise/sunset plans down the drain. Since I cant dim down to zero, can I shut off the port for the lights after it has dimmed? Lets say I dim the lights as low as they go at 8:00 pm then at 8:05 the port shuts off and completely turns off the lights.
