Hi all,

I'm looking to extend my float switches, but I need to know what gauge wire is used.

Also, is there a max length they can be extended? I'm looking to extend about 20 ft.

Doesn't matter much. You can go pretty far with any gauge.

I used Cat5e for my floats. It allowed me to use one coated wire which turned out great. Distance should not matter... atleast not 20ft.
