Can someone tell me the pin outs on temp probe please!

My son has just somehow tangled himself in the temp sensor and pulled the pins out of the connector, but I don't know which way round the red white and black pins go!
Also, is the connector between the controller an salinity extension a standard usb to mini usb connector, as thats broken too!!
Can someone help please!
