aircon compressor chiller

Hi guys , I've just install a 1.5HP aircon compessor with contactor. The moment I plug in the contactor into the relay box , the compressor will imm cuts in . Even when I use the temp control it will just cuts in and not cuts out. Even with Ports that are not in use. Only will cuts out when I unplug it.
Do u think that I have a faulty relay box or?

Can you post your code and wiring diagram?

Hi Roberto
my guess it's the open neutral instead of hot on the relay box even when the port is off ( as mention in 1 of the previous thread ) Thus it keeps running the chiller when it's plug in
how safe it is if I were to follow the way in the thread above if I open up the relay box and just swop the cables?

How old is your relay box?
There were just a few open neutral boxes made a while ago.
But, no matter which one, the contactor would've shut down.
Which contactor are you using?
