Loading In the Memory

I have ad great success loading standard code and even modifying it a bit. I just picked up an LED that would be hooked to the relay outlets, but will run off the PWM channels.

To allow me to control it from my phone and slate applications (Android) I need to load it the memory. I run the wizard and check the load in memory and it uploads fine. Then the screen on the RA display tells me I should now load the INO file. So now I'm confused. What am I doing wrong? Do I load into the memory, then load the same thing as an INO? I've read here were after uploading in the memory you have to make changes in a Iphone or Android ap, but that confuses me more. Can anyone offer an easy to uderstand (for me) explaination.

Thanks all, I post here and you all solve my issues!

The memory file is only meant to store initial values.
These initial values will then be able to modified through your smart phone app, internet browser, Java Status app, Client software or Portal.
If you used the Wizard, the internal memory path will actually upload 2 codes in sequence. It will upload the memory code first and then follow with your controller code.

Thanks, so when the controller display asks for a INO file is that an error message or do I reload the file again? I'm still confused. Sorry.

No, it is what it is supposed to do.
When you upload a memory file, it doesn't do anything but save settings and display that message to you.
Are you using the wizard?
The wizard should prompt you to upload your code right after it finished uploading the memory code.
