error with ra preloaded code

this is the error it was to big to put on here so I attached it to notepad

i just loaded a new code with wizard and this is what I got

Looks like you have the wrong board selected.

If you have the standard RA, please select w/ optiboot option.

ok did that. now it seems like the attached error code comes up again

So, is it doing it every time?

yes the code seems to be on the ra but it still has the errors on the arduino program.
