reef angel or plus

Im new to this. Dont have a sump and only have hang on skimmer. My lights are LED but not dimmable and simply turn on and off at certain times no dimming needed. My tank is fowlr barebottom. Very simply.
All i need is ATO, temp controller and something to control my 2x WP40
Im wondering wether i can get away with just the reef angel regular. I wont be adding any code except for reefcrest mode on anti sync for the wp40s. Other than that i would use the code that comes with system.
MAAAAAYBE future wifi module for controlling with iphone.
Can a non plus handle wifi and reefcrest anti sync. If not can it handle atleast just the reefcrest antisync code without wifi? Thanks all!
