WIFi not updating portal & am the other side of the world!

Hoping someone can help me.

Wifi has been working fine, but stopped updating portal around 12/4, so I cannot get any tank status, which concerns me as I am the other side of the world at the mo!!

Is there anything that I can do remotely to try and get working again?

I tried re entering the ip address in the portal, but no joy, only get the webbanner database up to 12/4.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

I have tried pinging the IP address of wifi, but no reply.

Your are trying to ping the router and not the wifi.
If your router is setup to not reply to ping requests, it will never reply.
To telnet, you use
telnet ipaddress 2000
Or use a telnet client, like putty or any other and connect on port 2000
