Cannot Connect to RA on android while away

Hi Guys

I just wanted to find out why I cant connect to the RA while I am on my tablet with the android app(away setting).

The portal works fine and I can toggle relays and change vortech settings. I can toggle relays on the android app
while connected to my wifi network on the (home setting). I am using Dyndns and seem to have all the settings correct.
Could it be that my router doesn't support nat loopback? It is a netgear dgn2200M v2 Telkom.

Could be...
Easy way to verify this is to take the tablet elsewhere.
I know a couple people that can't do away because of no loopback feature , including myself.

The loopback would only not allow you to connect while on your wifi and having the external IP in your phone/android app.

Can you make sure your android is using the IP that the portal shows for your RA?

I tried using the ip address that the portal shows in the away setting with port 2000 but I get a error 11:bad url on my 3G connection

Sounds like the port forwarding may not be setup properly then.
